Doug grew up in Southern Oregon and began his real estate career here in 1990. In 1998 he joined the John L Scott Real Estate Company, became a Principal Broker and started The Doug Morse Group. Doug’s business model was to be the best at understanding the needs of his clients, and he believes his success was built on a foundation of exceeding his clients’ expectations while buying and selling their homes.

With over $900 million dollars in sales, Doug has been a Top Producing Agent in Southern Oregon. Receiving REAL TRENDS Top 1% in the Wall Street Journal, the John L Scott Top 1% award the Top 100 Most Influential Realtors. Doug and his wife Tamyra have 2 daughters, a son and 2 precious granddaughters. When Doug isn’t listing and selling your property, he is spending time with his family, enjoying trips to Hawaii, hiking, or enjoying any watersports at the lake. Doug also financially supports many of Southern Oregon’s non-profits as well as the Medford Earth Angels Foundation.
